The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness of the room was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with great recommendations for food and drink in the area. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to the city center and all the major attractions. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent service.
That some of the towels in the room were ripped at the seams.

This place is great for travelers who want to stay close to everything. Here, you can easily walk to all the main tourist attractions in the middle of the city. The staff is very helpful and provides dry cleaning, laundry, tour tickets, and airport transportation for an extra charge. The rooms are spacious and equipped with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and free toiletries. You can relax in the garden furniture on the terrace or catch your favorite shows on the TV.

We really enjoyed the modern and stylish design of the hotel, with its bright, fresh decor. The room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The high ceilings and mix of old and new elements gave it a unique charm. The breakfast was a treat, especially with the champagne included. However, the highlight of our stay was the reception staff. The girls at the front desk were the nicest, most polite, and friendliest people you could ever meet. They made us feel like expected guests, rather than just clients. Their caring and welcoming attitude during check-in and check-out was truly appreciated.
Our experience at the hotel felt very special, and we have no complaints whatsoever.

The room was spotlessly clean and quiet, great to have a peaceful night's sleep. The friendly staff were very good too assist us with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade marmalades and waffles. The location was perfect, making it easy for us to explore the city on foot. we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Budapest!
